Accommodation
The organizers have reserved accommodation from July 27th to August 3rd in hotels close to the conference venues. A limited number of rooms for additional nights (July 22nd to July 27th) have been booked at four hotels (*) for pre-conference participants staying in Helsinki for the World Conference.
Delegates are free to make their own accommodation arrangements but availability or prices cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation policy for hotel bookings
- Full refund of deposit payment (less EUR 50 administration fee) for cancellations received by or on April 24th, 2024
- No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 24th, 2024
There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
A shortened stay will be considered a late accommodation cancellation and the hotel has the right to charge for nights cancelled.

The Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to ISME 2024 participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
